Amendment 7 Is the Key

Just like the Key Master in the Matrix was the Key to accessing things, so is Amendment VII – common law DOES exist in federal and state courts when YOU “preserve” that right, but not when you don’t.

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

The reason so many lose on the defense, is they accept the OTHER jurisdiction of the statutory/code world and walk right in voluntarily and confess, and don’t challenge them into a common law venue.  But YOU must preserve this right and order this process, your attorney can’t do that.

So if hauled in to court force a trial by jury instead of a trial by “judge”.
