Major Ruling On Foreclosures

Missouri Wrongful Foreclosure: Trial Court Awards over $3 Million Including Punitive Damages and Quiet Title  –  Posted on January 29, 2015 by Neil Garfield

Missouri had been impenetrable. Things change. This case finds that neither the GSE nor anyone else in the chain had the power to enforce the paper because they did not really have ownership of the loan, that their title was false, that quiet title is granted to plaintiffs, that foreclosure was wrongful, that compensatory damages are awarded and that punitive damages would be awarded. Total Judgment $3 million +.

    Hello Folks,
is anyone aware of how to rid myself of a “assignments of rents” lien against my property. A surety has a judgment/lien against my property due to an iron clad “surety” contract i signed as a former bail agent & bail skip. We made an “tender of payment” in the full amount using UCC 3-603, they declined and now were stuck! Does anyone know the next procedure?

If they are suing you then you make a counter claim using your record of payment that you gave them if they refuse payment its paid, if they send it back to you its paid you must use your record as your claim.
