I have a friend who was in a lot of credit card debt due to lack of work and she really got herself into a bind. I sent her your debt/specie letter and told her to send it via certified mail and follow up with a second mailing and then notice of default and default.

Well, this was in early 2020 and the result was that Citibank cancelled her debt of $11,000 and removed it from her credit report, as did Amex for $5000 and Macy’s for $2000.00.

She followed the procedure to the letter and she is blown away and so incredibly grateful. My appreciation for what you teach grows by the day.

I will be sending the debt letter as a response to my 2021 property tax statement and will be keenly interested to see how that goes. I will be sure to share the results with you.
