My son and I were able to execute a very similar Debt Validation process that TJ teaches.
We purchased a 2020 Audi with credit and utilized the Arbitration clause. We paid $1,500 down never made a payment and had a clear title within 7 months. It shouldn’t have taken that long but we were learning and didn’t enforce as quickly as we could have. We threatened arbitration and then sent a lien release request. Then they sent us a clear title which I quickly transferred to our trust. We have all of the documentation. The loan was from NMAC. Nissan Motor Acceptance Company.
