I have had a debt collector for 4 years related to a Verizon bill for $319. I syntax the notice on July 6th and received a reply today.

The reply said:

“We have received your dispute regarding the above referenced account and are investigating your concerns.
Factors beyond our control may prohibit us from confirming or denying the the presence of inaccurate information and we may not have sufficient time to complete an investigation of the alleged inaccuracy’s. Accordingly, please be advised we have ceased collection of your account and will request that the consumer reporting agencies delete the account from your credit file”.

I did not have to send follow-up letter.

I appreciate God bringing you into my life.  I look forward to learning everything I can in order to educate others.
I will try to connect with webinar tonight. I’m new at this and look forward to my journey.

By the way “The Matrix” is my favorite movie.
