I helped my daughter succeed a charge brought against her by appointing all agents as fiduciary trustee’s.

She made her appearance by affidavit, in the affidavit it was stated four times that she is a “flesh and blood woman”, her affidavit was submitted within 10 days of being charged, she also submitted her Executrix Notice and Forgiveness of Debt Notice. At the end of it all the magistrate recused himself. The case was remanded to the county who issued it to the town.  The D.A.then asked that the charge be dropped and the case was dismissed.  The Town court did so with prejudice, and cc’d a 5th district federal judge. The letter they issued to her addressed her as a living woman and Executrix!
