I mentioned subrogation at pre-trial and the judge scoffed me off and laughed, but the prosecutor’s jaw dropped. The attorney’s in the court mouth’s dropped with shock and awe, some even laughed. The prosecutor started to stutter and said he didn’t receive anything in writing while pleading with the judge. The judge made me come back to court for trial. I told him that we won’t move forward until this issue is resolved. The judge gave me 30 days for a motion.
