This case involved a $2,500 3rd party debt collection and their lawyer. They did not respond for 180 days. They defaulted. She did end up in court and was awarded her counter claim of $6,200! Since then she has done her admin process on companies calling and texting her because they violate several federal laws, especially for those on the do not contact list of the credit agencies.

This year she has earned awards of about $30,000 doing this.

It does work, it is possible to fight your debts and counter sue for financial remedy. But it takes time and studying. No great reward ever comes from sitting on your butt.
