I sued every creditor on my credit report. When they got the law suit they all responded to the court for a motion To dismiss.

Two of them reached out and we negotiate an agreement, for me to drop the case with prejudice.

American Express offered me $500 to drop the law suit and removed the tradeline from my credit report. Capital One offered me $200 to drop it, but I declined. First premier offered me $600 as well and I dropped it.

So I am still battling with the remaining 5 credit card companies.

So those are the success so far. I really appreciate you for all that you are doing for me and my family TJ.
