There are 4 rounds (letters) total. All can be found on the site (4 different letters). Use all 4 to build a case IF you have to go to court. IF you are just looking to get this stuff off your credit report, then you may see them come off after the first 2. But some want to be stubborn and make you threaten to take them to court.
I’m a believer now that if I have to get that far (threaten to take you to court) then I can “Show you better than I can tell you!!!” I would take them all the way to the court and make them pay me to go away. Just like they hope you do to them.
