How do I get any template for Subrogation letter?
Trying to find something myself
I’m trying to figure this one out myself. It’s a little confusing though I comprehend how it works. I’ve viewed some templates online and none of them are associated with this, they’re mostly car insurance, and medical insurance claims.

Look on the Premium Member page, there is a link near the top about DOWNLOADS, then look in the Start Here folder, you will find it there.
SOOOOO, by the looks of your questions, the reason I ‘joined’ was to find inside the Member only part, a court template for the Subrogation, and by reading your questions/comments, there isn’t one? I looked late last night and could find only the document he was reading from on the 19 min video. Have I over looked this template? Would someone help me please? I needed this like last week! Thank you for any help!

I need a template or some help with an internal revenue case. We filed a motion to dismiss, the respondent filed an objection to the petitioners motion. We, the petitioner filed a reply to respondent’s objection and the judge ordered respondent to identify the individual who issued the notice upon which this case is base and provide the source of that individual’s authority to issue such notice. The respondent answered with circular procedures. I am thinking about closing this round about fraudulent nonsense with our Right of Subrogation and off set the debt as the claimant.
Is it possible to sent a subrogation letter to an administrative agency since all courts are administrative courts. Would it be handle the same
Anything is possible depending on your understanding and how you resent it. That’s a “can I” questions. Of course you CAN, but when, where, and how well you follow though matters as well. The big key is in court to throw this back on the plaintiff/prosecutor not the judge. You are beneficial owner of those bonds, this lets them use them to settle the matter. They will play dumb and try to move onto other issues, stay on point and do not consent to proceed until the do it. Their game is to move you past this and avoid it.
