I went to child support and I started that I was there on special appearance. I asked the plaintiff and prosecution to to certify my right for suborgation. The judge denied my right for suborgation. I asked was this an administrative proceeding or a judicial proceeding. The judge said that it was a judicial proceeding. I said that child support is administrative. The judge said that she had sworn in. I objected again an said that can the prosecution certify my right for suborgation and the judge denied it. I said that there was a bond that was taken out of my name but the judge refused to look at the paperwork. I asked the judge will the paperwork be file with the clerk of court. She said that it will be filed with domestic relation department. I said that all orders must be signed by the judge and signed and filed with the clerk of courts in order for the order to be valid. The judge said that she is filing it appropriately and it would be valid court order. I need to know what steps to take. I even tried to show the judge the gsa paperwork that was filled out and she didn’t want to look at it. I can’t file the paperwork because I am still waiting for my certificate of live birth.
