I won a traffic case for driving on suspended license a month ago and have another tonight. I am set for trial at 7:30 but several weeks ago I put in a motion to dismiss and a Discovery motion. The Geneva Township informed me that they will have my motion hearing at the same time as my trial? So, it is my contention that they are going to dismiss my motions and go directly to trial. I say this because one needs time to prepare a case after receiving Discovery. Seems like a railroading to me. I fully intend to go the subrogation route.
I would like to know how to complete a Affidavit of Status. Is there certain words that I must use to be included to complete this

I WAS ARRESTED AND RELASED FROM JAIL FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND PAY FINES AND I DIDN’T GO TO COURT BECAUSE I CAME ACROSS THIS INFO I NEED SOME HELP GETTING THEM FROM PUTTING WARRANTS ON ME AND DRAGING ME IN AND OUT OF THE SYSTEM SAYING I’M A CRIMINAL IF I DON’T PAY CAN ANYONE HELP WITH SOME GUIDANCE ON THIS ISSUE IT WILL HIGHLY BE APRECIATED
