I mentioned subrogation at pre-trial and the judge scoffed me off and laughed, but the prosecutor's jaw dropped. The attorney's in the court mouth's dropped with shock and awe, some even laughed. The prosecutor started to stutter and said he didn't receive anything in writing while pleading with the judge. The judge made me come back to court for trial. I told him that we won't move forward until this issue is resolved. The judge gave me 30 days for a motion.

I got them by the balls LMFAO this works. Thanks TJ

I tried this in 2 different courts , the first time, I messed up by defending myself when pressed(ARRRRRGGGGHHH) and once they started their BS, my bad on that tho.

At 2nd court, I stuck to my guns on Subrogation as I send Judge, Clerk of Court, prosecutor and Violation Clerk the simple written letter from this site. However the prosecutor blatantly stated “Nice letter but Subrogation doesn’t apply here” and when I asked if he would explain “How so?” “Hire a lawyer, I have too many cases to see, i don’t have the time” was his reply. The Judge just got straight out irate as i kept referring to the issue at hand (to Certify my Right to Subrogation) and at the end of it said he was entering a “not guilty” plea on my BEHAVE and set a trial date of 5/29/18. I need advice on how to proceed. These are all traffic tickets and 1 of those effects my driving ‘privilege” and i need it while I learn the “RIGHT TO TRAVEL” information. Pls advice, how do I get consultation?

So am I comprehending correctly that the judge entered a plea on your behalf? If that is the case that can easily be construed as practicing law from the bench which is a BIG no-no for it is a conflict of interest of the highest. (disclaimer the above opinion is not legal advise nor am I a laywer, notwithstanding, Sims v. Aherns 271 S.W. 720 (1925)) #notlegaladvise #wtfdoiknow

The Silver Bond Works. I used a different version but the DA dismissed the case for the sake of Justice.
Case # 15T14659. I was the only one in the court that particular day whom got the case dismiss. The DA had discussed a fine of $800.00 plus revoking my driver license.
