I am not seeing where the silver bond method is on this site, anyone know? Also where do you purchase the silver bonds? Or is it explained in the info somewhere on here?
It is in the document on this subjects in the Bonds and subrogation folder. Look in the section on the Premium member page for download folders. You will see it. Its all spelled out. You don’t buy bonds, you write them because you own the 21 pre 1933 Silver Dollars and create a supporting affidavit.
Are you on teh Premium Member page, then look at the download folders section near teh top of the page. Look for the Folder link on Bonds and Court basically, I forget the name offhand, it’s easy to spot.
You don’t purchase bonds, you make one up based on you holding the silver. You buy the silver from any local or online dealer (21 pre 1933 Silver $1 coin is best proof you are not deceased nor a bankrupt debtor). You write an affidavit saying you hold the coins, and write a bond document like a motion to the court, the example is just 2-3 pages to learn from, in the Premium Member download folders under Bonds and court.
