I am currently challenging jurisdiction in Jefferson County. They kidnapped my baby and gave him to the petitioner who has no proof he is the father. No dna test (I won;t consent). No question or claim that my child was in immediate danger, abuse or neglect in my care prior to the day he was taken. I have been a single mom for 16 years and I have never been charged with any crimes against my children or proved to be an unfit mother. The Judicial Officers did this because I have been challenging their jurisdiction and Jeffco don’t like that. They are one of the worst (strictly enforced) counties in Colorado. let’s blow up their skirts a little more!!! I’m not giving up til I win and justice is served for my baby and our family!
