Surprised – Serious Charges Were Dropped

This is summary from 2 emails on this case.

Judge dismissed two cases, driving on suspended license and position of Marijuana less then an oz. But he told me I had to plead to the other charge for driving on suspended license. I got 6 months probation and a fine of 158.58 a month, but if I pay the fines off and get my license back before then they will terminate my probation early. so this was far better outcome….

…Yes Tj, I was very surprised he offered to drop those two charges, especially after the first pre-trail when he told my girlfriend “I'm going to push for more jail time if he keeps up this sovereign citizens sh@#, mess” That's how upset he was after speaking with me. I just calmly told him about my rights and asked to claim my subrogation right.  I was already put in a holding cell waiting to be transferred when he told her that. Lol. But I had my notebook, phone and tablet with me this time showing him case law's and everything else to prove I didn't break the law. I think he finally realized he didn't want me/us going in front of a jury with all the information I had and still learning….

Sometimes you dont realize when you have won… more to do….

My girlfriend we thought membership would be a waste of money up until yesterday when she seen it work in court with her own two eyes. I want to help other's with there faith in Jesus, legal matters, and financial issues.
