Consider Filing a Motion for Discovery and/or demand to receive the Registration Statement-Pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended.  Put a in a demand of some kind to see their form OMB No. 1124-0001. If they have it they have just proven they are foreign to you (as a DC based corporate entity vs you being a living man NOT in DC), and if they don't produce it, they are void of authority.  Either way you can use it against them as one powerful tool in your arsenal.

These public servants, are all foreign agents to you a man or woman. Therefore, any public official who works for “the corporation”/ aka DC municipal connected-government, is required to have an oath of office and bond/insurance to operate in the public out here, so as to indemnify their actions to protect foreign living men or women. They are acting in a corporate capacity with the public, which is one reason they have an oath. 

To the man and woman, these agent/officer are “foreign” – whether state or federal officers (police, child support agencies, tax agents, etc). You have the right to demand proof of authority. In particular you can ask for their Foreign Registration Statement pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938. Look up the form yourself and read it carefully. Make your own conclusions. It may not clearly say THEY ARE a “foreign agent” in a public capacity, which is they they must take an oath, as they are foreign to YOU, a private man.  They from public jurisdiction/ we are the private. Therefore, the registration form applies to them. Read it carefully and demand production of it.

If this is not already in the record at the time they acted against you, they likely have violated the law and are now are disqualified; they had no authority when they acted against you. It is that simple.

This may involve arrests, traffic tickets, or meetings demanded of you, etc. Their evidence is now disqualified and void. 

Always remember that it is YOU who must move the court at every step, they don’t do it for you. So this is one major way you can hold your ground. This has been recently well proven on multiple traffic ticket based matters, and should also apply equally to any government agent interaction including tax matters, child support, state or Federal – many situations. You will need to find and read this form carefully: OMB No. 1124-0001.

You must move the court to demand to see these disclosure by all officer, attorneys, agents, prosecutors, and possibly even the judge. You could consider using a FOIA request to their superiors.  Ask around as to who to contact, or do a simple written motion for discovery and disclosure demand to the court and copy to prosecutor. Keep it simple – You don't need templates. We've seen evidence of dozens of dismissals when holding your ground on this.
