Every form, every check, every application, every document MATTERS.  So many of them are adhesion in nature and they all matter.  Below are several options for you to choose.

When signing random agreements:

What I recommend to people who are trying to do this at the DMV, or UPS or when receiving a traffic ticket (especially a traffic ticket).

Make the words “Non-Assumpsit” in cursive AS your autograph.  Literally you are handwriting those words as your signature.

When going to a bank:

I take a thin black gel pen and crossed out the words:  U.S. Person, U.S. citizen, and I agree.  I sign all the pages with the below #1 sample:

Ideal signature would be:

#1 Option is what I did at the bank.  Since the bank looks at a signature to verify your ability to be a signatory, the below is the best suggestion:

By:  A.R.R. w/o Prejudice, Non-Assumpsit

When I create the agreement or letter

By:  __________________________
A.R.R., w/o Prejudice, Non-Assumpsit, Non-Domiciled, Non-Resident, Non-Person, w/o the United States 28 USC 1746 (1)

(All above the signature line and below your signature  Note the word By: in front of your signature. This is ONLY required if you see your name in ALL CAPS)

Note:  Always Sign your full living man/woman name.  First Middle Last
Make the above font in 2,3 or 4 size font.

Sample:

Thank you,

By:                   Non Assumpsit  A.R.R., w/o Prejudice

Endorsements on the back of checks:

For all Check deposits. Ignore brackets on the check

If check is in your ALL CAPS NAME:
by: Fully Living Man Signature
Deposit for lawful money only for credit on account # 00000000000
NAME OF FOUNDATION [Which is the foundation endorsement]
If Check in Upper and Lower Case Name:
Fully Living Man Signature [The word By: removed]
Deposit for lawful money only for credit on account # 00000000000
NAME OF FOUNDATION [Which is the foundation endorsement]
If Check in Foundation Name:
Deposit for lawful money only for credit on account # 00000000000
NAME OF FOUNDATION [Which is the foundation endorsement]

Question…layman opinions welcomed…will NOT be construed as legal advice.

Hypothetical: Married man and woman agree to divorce for whatever reasons. They agree to do simplified divorce. State has a template for simplified divorce. However, both man and woman want to also ask the court to divorce them from the United States (D.C., federal zone) and/or State of Florida.

There is a Florida appeals case where the court specifically says the State is a third party to the marriage contract but I cannot locate it again via Google search. There is also a case where a man was getting a divorce and, at the actual hearing, asked the judge to declare him divorced from the State; however, because the issue of divorcing the State was not addressed/raised within the four corners of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, the judge stated he could not rule on that issue.

Time is of the essence. Anyone with layman’s suggestions/opinions? TJ, can you contact me directly on this matter…maybe do a test case for this site?? Thanks.
