More Tickets Dismissed With Just the Paperwork

First Success!

I’ve only been a member for a couple of months. Since then I have had my first success to share. On 04/30/19 I received a speeding ticket in San Antonio, Texas for speeding in a school Zone. I presented my license and Carry permit to the officer. He asked to know where my weapon was, and I pointed under the steering wheel. He told me not to reach for it to which I responded that I would not if he wouldn’t reach for his. He became upset and tacked on an Unsafe Speed ticket to the speeding violation. The fine, of found guilty, was to be $500.00 – Court date was set for 06/04/19.

I then sent the Judge a certified letter notifying him of my special visit regarding the Bill of Pains. I then received a reset for 05/23/19. With that notice, I then sent the court clerk a Motion to Dismiss certified letter, using the same template, with modifications, as on the website. I then received another reset for 06/26/19. I then sent a Certified Bill of Complaint in Equity Presentment, which I also obtained from the website. I did not receive a response.

I attended court that day and I heard the prosecutor tell the Judge that the State was not ready. The Judge later called my name and asked me to approach. He then informed me that the case was being dismissed and provided me with a copy of the Disposition, which was stamped Motion to Dismiss “granted” as he dismissed for both tickets.

Nothing was discussed and nothing else was said.

Thanks to You are Law for providing the resources so that I can protect and defend myself.  I did a lot digging through documents to understand the processes. It was all worthwhile! The sad part is that many family members were skeptic about my enthusiasm and determination as well as the legal basis for my stance. (COMMENT – Deprogramming the indoctrinated is difficult). Of course, now everyone is happy about my successful legal battle, but they still don’t understand why or how. (COMMENT – they always come up with an excuse to not even mention your remedy)

Thanks again “You Are Law.”

Which traffic ticket approach did you read this in? The common law one or the challenge jurisdiction one or else?

I used the common law approach utilizing a “special visit and not generally.”
