I posted the subrogation testimony a while back and you guys saved me and my girl over $2500 with one word SUBROGATION lol. We won because of your info totally in the last minute video OMG!!!!. I've been trying to get some advice over a case I currently have in Utah over intent to distribute MMJ. The thing was the cop pulled me over for not using the turn signal longer than 2 seconds, he followed me for over 10 miles before pulling me over. Both my lady and myself were taken to jail for a long time, they took my rental car and phone and my luggage which had my engagement RING. YEP, I DIDN'T GET TO ENGAGE MY LADY, plus never got back my belongings. Then we had to find our way back to Chicago AFTER bail. I've asked for the discovery dash cam and body cam, and it seems like they can't give it to me. It's been to two hearings already going on the third.
I would like to file my claim for jurisdiction, trespass of my property and to be compensated for our injuries. (my lady is a passenger also charged with the same crime (a 3rd degree felony). I have filed notices to their criminal complaint.
