I took advantage of the tools and knowledge from Youarelaw.org – Today my public defender called and said the prosecutor is planning on dismissing the case, after I submitted the motions (see example below). They informed me February 9 – should be the last court date to settle this. I'm beating a felony charge!

I have a child support case and owe 14k. I have the child in my custody for 2 years now thanks to my successes, but that's another video lol. As for the case in Utah the cop was wrong. I have proof on the dash cam with him asking me to give the combination code to the lock for my suitcase. I told him he needs a warrant for that and I do not consent. He then said he’ll break it open any way and he did. I strongly believe I have a good case to sue. When I win this I will donate to the ministry. Here are a few things to remember my engagement ring and suit was never returned. Plus we were in jail for 16 days (in covid jail).
