Quick Credit Score Improvement Process – in 3 Easy Steps

Go to these 3 credit sites, fill in their information, and choose “other” or “litigation as the reason”.  Just fill out their online dispute form – regarding each creditor reporting any item on your credit report, causing your credit to be damaged.

You may first need to subscribe to a credit monitoring site that lets you and see all credit bureaus details.  Privacyguard.com is pretty good and has a lot of solid tools.  Not all credit monitoring companies allow you to continuously get 3 bureau updates, which you will need.

In the Reason or Comments box choose OTHER or LITIGATION(if available), then…Then insert this exact statement below in the comment box:

“LITIGATION – I have not been supplied proof per doctrine of estoppel by silence. Engelhardt V. Gravens (mo) 281 SW 715,719. I presume no evidence of the Alleged Debt therefore exists”.

These are the 3 sites to set up and then send disputes through:

EXPERIAN – https://www.experian.com/ncaconline/creditreport

EQUIFAX – https://www.equifax.com/personal/credit-report-services/credit-dispute

TransUnion – https://www.transunion.com/credit-disputes/dispute-your-credit

Each company has their own process and timing. Consult with them for their additional procedures.

Stick to it and keep following up for status. After a while you may have to repeat this process more than once, to keep working the credit file until cleaned up.

With the verbiage mentioning debt, would it make sense to use this on accounts that are reporting negative but don’t have a balance?

I almost gave on working on my credit, I have made payments to Lexington law for credit repair help, and other companies in the past. I told myself I would never buy another car note from past experience. People teach us it’s good debt to get a car note or house note or credit card payments. There has to be a better way to maintain good credit. I was looking for reviews and testimonies success stories.
