I was sued by a third party debt collector. I had a zoom call because of my Covid situation about a month ago.
When they asked if I was there, I told them I was making a special appearance as a living man and beneficiary for the ALL CAPS NAMED ESTATE in this matter. Then they said the court reporters feed went off and they would have to reset. If you stand up and know who you are they have no standing.

COMMENT – This is common when you use private remedies. They will not acknowledge it on the public record. They come up with an excuse (like clockwork). At first it appears you are not winning, then….

I am thrilled for being a premium member because this has always been hidden away but not to the seeker of these common sense rules to be guided by in pursuit of ultimate righteous joy and peace daily. My case was also dismissed 9/13/21 because I mentioned before court I was there to express the Trust and preferred a continuance. I only added that my parents named me Daryl Jay, different from their records. 3-5 mins. Judge entered verbally again on the record that the officer was not there and, and name different from parents and I had my berth certificate with me but it wasn’t used nor did I have to speak cept to rehear what judge first spoke beforehand of which I only heard dismissed. So judge dismissed. I asked discharged? Judge said yeah discharged/dismissed ( like they are the same, I am not yet clear on that. They had towed my private conveyance work truck 5/2421. I am claiming financial damages by the hour and day since my case is dismissed. Private non registered and 4 yr old personal plates. 9 squad cars. Officer was given my claim of right of ten yrs old and as he printed out my seatbelt and no drivers license privately capacity ticket he gave my papers (claim) back saying irrelevent in this matter. He said he wasn’t allowed to keep anything as I tried to get him to keep for whatever. They searched me w hands on my head. they handcuffed my guest but didn’t jail either. we got some equipment out but the rest is somewhere, I haven’t enquired because I need a new truck and equipment anyway and I know pretty well I will settle lawfully Truck ends up towed 45 mins later. Subrogation filing is first for me but copying word for word takes time. But, TJ you made the difficult so much easier for me. I don’t quite understand my computer yet. That’s why I handwrote previous docs beforehand that just got my intent known to them. I don’t think I will get acknowledgement in the mail but I only have 2 months to tort claim or just notice them first of my intent to claim my right to subrogation and then file my claim for monetary losses en curred?
