A=  You get arrested as a vessel/birth certificate named estate/bank note/ALL CAPS name or Middle Initial or incomplete birth name. owned by the United States (LINK A) you are doing contract law with the sheriff or other agency involved.
B=  When you go to your first appearance, you mistakenly answer to that NAME minus the middle name (or all caps etc), and now contract with the court as the surety for the matter.
C=  When you show up to court and do this, you now have answered to two different names which under your states' business statutes – the entity and yourself as guarantor/surety because you are considered an entity (LINK B).
D=  How to essentially beat a “charge”:

Make a special appearance, reserve all rights, waive any benefits and testify to the truth of the following under the penalty of perjury: that you are not dead, incompetent, a trustee, an agent (like a corporate agent), or any all caps name and any use of an all caps name, has been by mistake. Essentially you have never filed with the department of state to operate as an entity (which is required), and that you do not consent unless someone has filed a claim under oath. This is now about contract, breach of contract, damages.

Most likely the courts will avoid this issue to hide the truth, and not follow the law – because they know their time is short and they do no want the public seeing the true nature of the court.  They don't want revealed that you and you documents you enter into, are being sold as trademark/securities (LINK C).  The courts are banks, and their securities (you as it's surety/guarantor) are stored in jail for performance on the securities and derivatives being traded.

When you were born, your parents registered your ALL CAPS name with the State on Bond Paper. aka birth certificate.  State allegedly put your name in paper (LINK 7).  Nobody claimed it (LINK 8).  A trust was created for the ALL CAPS name. You can put in the letter and number on the back of your social security card and check the amount of bond (LINK 9)  try yourself (LINK 10)

You are assumed dead in court.  They summon the dead to court.  You appear only as an agent (LINK 12) to your ALL CAPS name until you BREAK THE PRESUMPTION (LINK 13).  Your ALL CAPS name is a “child” of the mother corporation (LINK 14).   Understanding your state's U.C.C. terms will help (LINK 15).  Know who you are (LINK 16).  Some say filing a(lien)/ UCC 1 and financing statement against your all caps name in the State where your birth certificate is from will help.(LINK 17) (LINK 17a) and power of attorney (LINK 17b)

You do not own anything, the government (YOUR PARENT) owns it because they created (stole) your ALL CAPS name to create an estate in a name LIKE yours, this is also why your government does not listen to you.

The Dun & Bradstreet website (LINK 20) is to prove that the DMV, SHERIFFS, DEPARTMENT OF STATE, COUNTY JUDICIAL COURTS are corporate entities, but more importantly to break the presumption that your ALL CAPS name is a corporate entity which means the court (corporations) have no jurisdiction over you, the natural person, unless you knowingly and willingly entered into contract with them or violated someone's rights and they can prove damages.  The United States Corporation owns your all caps trademark name, but you can also file your ALL CAPS name with your state as a fictitious name.

To prevail on a breach of contract action, the plaintiff must prove (1) a valid contract; (2) a material breach; and (3) damages. Murciano v. Garcia, 958 So. 2d 423, 423 (Fla. 3rd DCA 2007).

WAS YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE CONTRACT INDUCED BY FRAUD?  ARE SHERIFFS A PARTY TO DMV CONTRACT?  (LINK 21)

It is a fundamental proposition that a contract induced by fraud is voidable. Lance Holding Co. v. Exchange Corp., 167 So. 2d 324, 326 (Fla. 3d DCA 1964).
